Depending on where a project is handled, the relevant Dronex operating entity or regional partner may also process information needed to respond to or deliver that project.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us or submit a project enquiry, including your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, event date, event location and project brief.

Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, timestamps and security events. We store your cookie preference in your browser's local storage.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and prepare project proposals or quotations.
• To take steps requested before entering into a contract and to deliver contracted services.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
• To comply with legal, aviation, accounting, tax, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.
• To load optional third-party services, such as YouTube video embeds, only when you have allowed optional services.

Where EU/EEA data-protection law applies, processing may rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and consent for optional services. Where UAE or Türkiye law applies, we process information under the applicable legal grounds and consent requirements of those laws.

5. International transfers

Dronex operates across the UAE, Europe and Türkiye. Your information may therefore be accessed or processed in more than one country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate contractual, organisational or other lawful safeguards.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining project and business records, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes. Retention periods depend on the nature of the relationship and applicable legal requirements.

Your rights depend on the law that applies to you. They may include rights to access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and receive information about how your data is used or transferred.

8. Contact forms and communications

The website contact form sends your enquiry to our business email. We do not use the form submission itself as permission to send unrelated marketing. If you contact us through WhatsApp or another third-party service, that service's own privacy terms also apply.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

This business website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the enquiry form.
