These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Dronex Show website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Website information is not a binding quotation

Information about drone shows, project capabilities, timing, fleet sizes, locations, approvals and other services is general information only. Availability, scope, price, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements are confirmed only through a specific written quotation, proposal or contract.

3. Drone show services

Any actual event or drone show is governed by the signed quotation, proposal, order confirmation or contract agreed for that project. Those project documents take priority over these website terms if there is any conflict regarding the purchased service.

4. Intellectual property

The website design, Dronex branding, text, graphics, software, show-design materials and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Dronex Show unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for normal business and personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Third-party brand names, logos, event imagery and trademarks shown in project examples remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify relevant work or collaborations.

5. Project images and videos

Project examples are provided to demonstrate previous work. Some images or videos may include venues, clients, event content or third-party materials. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership or grant visitors any licence to reuse them.

6. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube and WhatsApp. Dronex does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their separate content, availability, security or privacy practices.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use website content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

Liability relating to an actual purchased drone show or event service is governed by the applicable project contract.

Mandatory laws applicable to you continue to apply. For a purchased service, the governing law and dispute terms stated in the relevant quotation or contract apply. Where no separate contract governs a website-related issue, the applicable law will depend on the Dronex entity involved and the rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
